Vodafone — International roaming plan activation

I had called Vodafone customer care on 11.9.22 for details regarding activation of international roaming. She informed me to press activate now and she said after confirmation travel date will be asked. However when I clicked the plan got activated immediately and my international travel date was three days after. I immediately told her to deactivate it. She said she has deactivated. I asked her to connect me to supervisor. After hold for 30 minutes no supervisor came on phone and she said they are busy on other calls. She said service will be described in 15 minutes. Today when I am travelling I tried to activate international roaming through vi app and when I clicked it said the plan is already active till 26th. It’s really pathetic service provided by Vodafone. I tried calling customer care but they are available only till 12 pm. I have a flight in an hour and I wanted 14 days plan beginning today. This is really bad service. I will lodge complaint in consumer forum as well and file legal suit.
