[Resolved] Vodafone — juice up pack | |||
I'm vodafone customer from last many years. Recently received message of juice up pack from vodafone "hello. You are currently active on the juiceup pack. Your 15days subscription of rs.75 will be charged on the[protected]. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)." I failed to understand whats juice up pack and when it was activated and charged on my account. It happened twice. Its unfair and criminal practiced by vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have not applied for any pack but still from several days I am getting messages saying that I have applied for juiceup pack or child pack or parent pack and I have to wait for the confirmation for 2 hours. Then in 2 minutes only I get a message that it has been deactivated because I am not having balance to pay the bill. But why would I even pay the bill if I have not even applied for any such pack. Ki dly solve this problem or I will have to change my number as I can't afford these problems.
