[Resolved] Vodafone — juiceup pack activated without permission | |
My vodaphone no [protected], vodafone has activated juiceup pack on my mobile without my consent on 07.01.2020 and deducted an amount of rs.75/- from my balance and again deducted 75 on 22.01.2020. My mobile number is prepaid connection and now the company has sent another message on 19.01.2020 to maintain balance in my account so that they could deducted rs.75/ from my account to continue the above pack and deducted the same on 22.01.2020. Since i have never requested to activate juiceup pack on my mobile i want deactivation of this service from my mobile and also want refund of amount of rs. 150 already deducted by the company. I am trying to deactivate the above service from my mobile but could not succeed as every time i receive message 'invalid request'. I want proper action and early response on my complaint.
