Vodafone — lost my phone so want to block my vodafone sim card

I have lost my phone which was having vodafone sim card with number:[protected].
Kindly block my above mentioned sim card.
I just dont want somebody else to use my contact details to get some leverage from my close contact.
I also want to activate it again so i am providing my number below
