Vodafone — main balance deducted to zero balance | |||
So last night on 16th of december of 2017 before midnight i had activated rs 24 super night pack (Validity starts from 1am to 6am) by dialing ussd code *444#, i started using the net on 17th of december after midnight from 1:08 am then after a while my internet connection got disconnected, which made me check my main balance now deducted to zero balance. I called customer care support one of them told me that they have no update on their system regarding the issue and told me to contact them in the morning. This is a very unacceptable service for a person who's been using vodafone service for such a long time. I want my refund for both rs 24 net pack and main balance.
