[Resolved] Vodafone — mobile data pack recharge 249, got 512mb/day instead of 1.5gb/day | |||
I was having 699 data pack already. I was getting 2 gb/day. Then i recharged with 249 rs. Data pack to get 1.5 gb/day as advertised but what i actually get from 249 data pack was ~512mb/day instead of 1.5gb/day. Why? I talked to customer care also, i was not satisfied with what he said. When i explained him my problem, first he said you are getting 2 gb / day from 699 data pack. I told him i am also getting 512 mb/day, yesterday and today i got 512 mb. He told let me check again, and then he told yes you are getting 512 mb, i asked why i am getting 512 mb instead of 1.5gb? He told me that i will get the remaing 1 gb after 699 pack expires. Seriously? But i said this 249 pack will expire after 28 days then how will i get it? He said you will get it don't worry. I am not satisfied with his answer, i paid 249 for 1.5gb/day, i am getting 512 mb/day. Either give me my money or full 1.5 gb /day. If there are some conditions then it is your responsibility to write those conditions while purchasing a pack. Let me know the solution. I believe vodafone is still best in speed in my area, will really appreciate it if you solve my problem and also increase the internet speed in my area. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
