[Resolved] Vodafone — Mobile number portability process pending after 4 days | |
I had opted to port my jio number [protected] and the sim card was delivered to me on 23rd post completion of kyc, till now the sim card had not been activated. Moreover whichever customer care number of Vodafone I dial it says, please complete your tele verification. Whereas each and every number that I dial from sim card says the number you have dialled is wrong. At least they should divert me to a customer care executive but no all I hear are these stupid instructions which are impossible to execute. The executive who did kyc promised sim card will get activated within 30 minutes once I call 59059 and complete the tele verification but no progress as on date. This is pure harrasment, my job is in procurement and communicating with people is a big part of it. Want immediate resolution to this. Was this information helpful? | |
