I was postpaid mobile no. 97xxxxxx40 holder. My security deposit amount was Rs.250/-. I got my post paid number to prepaid number in March 2017.
I received the following email from your Vodafone Mobile Services Ltd. office regarding the refund amount after deducting my dues Rs.155/31 from my security deposit. I don't received my refund cheque, drawn on Standard Chartered Bank so far.
I request you for early delivery of my refund cheque. The date of cheque is now over one month. I fear the cheque would be stale when I get it.
