[Resolved] Vodafone — Negative balance of Prepaid account

I found out today that my balance is -208 on my prepaid account. On calling the helpline, they told me they don't have the reason for the deduction and I have to recharge. I never got any message for balance deduction and now they want to me recharge without any explanation. This is clear fraud and I want it resolved ASAP.
