[Resolved] Vodafone — No data usage notification and bad customer service

I got a postpaid data + voice card from Mumbai JB Nagar store. For nearly a month I was using the data and did not get any notification of data usage except once after nearly 20 days where it said i've used 70% of data. Before when I called customer service she said there is 0 data usage and then started offering me another card instead of addressing the problem in hand. Again no action after that and I coudnt understand if the usage was above limit then one day I get an sms that my total bill is around Rs. 500. When I call to say how the bill is amounting to 500 still no proper response on usage. I ask to change from postpaid to prepaid they say because I'm in Bangalore it will take 3 months to change. I call Mumbai Customer Service and after a while I said i'm not going to use the card and am not paying till I get the exact details, then he says its upto you to pay or not???? Still doesnt tell me the data usage details. Now after 2 months again I get a call saying I have to pay 1300 bill when I've thrown the card since 1 month.
