Vodafone — on repeat request complaint not registered by vodafone and network issue not solved

Dear sir,

Shortly i want to brief that, on repeated request vodafone executives not registed my complain and didn't give satisfactory reply. After 18 min talk from my busy schedule, call was disconnected by vodafone team.

I explained about my problems caused but, very careless reply given. Strict action required. Attaching screenshot of talk.
