Please take action aganist executive mr kranti in sr nagar branch vodafone, is not responding properly his mobile is [protected] and complete negligence i gave my mobile number filled with form and he told me to recharge for less amount because number will be migrated withing a week i am daily recharging with 100rs instead of going for full talktime because of what this vodafone fellow as told, wasting daily recharge instead o[censored]sing full talk time recharge, already 9 days happened when asked why my mobile number is still not migrated to local number though more than a week i gave documents for processing irresonspible answer for him, i have kept a xerox with me, remove representatives who respond with arrogance or neglect customers when asked queries, it has been 10 days since i submitted my documents for transferring to local number take action aganist people taking salary without seriousness about customers Was this information helpful? | |||
