I had constantly been submitting complaints for network related issue, and the Voda Team resolves the issue without even working on it. I had been paying the bill with the scarce services being provided by Voda but in spite of submitting several complaints the issue still persists.
In Sept also I had raised a complaint for network and I mentioned to the Customer care executive that I won't pay any bill amount unless the issue is resolved.
On top of this, my plan was upgraded was since Voda discontinued the plan and charged me based on the upgraded plan.
The Customer care executives are really unprofessional and do not have a sense of Customer handling worst Customer experience. On speaking of the issues and the plan upgrade - they just kept on going without understanding the issue which is not at all acceptable.
I need my bill amount to be waived since Voda is unable to provide the services. Was this information helpful? |
