Vodafone — reducing validity of vodafone prepaid connection unfairly | |||
Dear sir, i have vodafone prepaid connection no. - [protected]. The validity period for this connection was year 2035, but suddenly it showed that the valadity is 23 nov. 2018. Company reduced the valadity of my connection. I purchased the lifetime valadity (Upto 2035) from the company. When connect to company customer care, they said that company change his policy and reduce the validity, now you have to purchse monthly valadity again. And the remaining balance of my prepaid connection is also blocked. Please look into the matter. How company can do this? I purchased that product from company. Why should i purchase it again?
