Hi VI team,
I ported VI number ([protected]) to other network.
My two refund cheques not yet received.
1st cheque dated 4th april and 2nd cheque dated 30th april from standard charted bank.
In mail from VI it is mentioned that in 10 working days cheque will be received at my address and still i didnt got.
No point of contact provided and no courier details of the cheque given.
No information provided regarding how i will be receiving the cheques.
As i am not existing VI customer unable to reach customer care also.
Resolve the issue asap.
