On 1st February, 2021, I recharge twice with amount Rs.49 through myvi.in, but both times the amount deducted from my account and recharge unsuccessful with message 217:Sorry! This recharge is not available.
1. first recharge:

2. second recharge:
amount: 49

order id: PRE[protected]
I, therefore, request to kindly refund my money back as soon as possible
