I have purchased Flipkart gift card worth Rs 14500 @ Rs 13920 on 27/03/2024 through Vi shop but the transaction is cancelled and also payment is deducted from my account and showing refund successful in my vi app but i have not received the refund yet.
Kindly look into the matter and issue me refund as soon as possible.
