Sir my compalint is regarding vodafone company . Sir I allready submit my compalint to trai. Gave written compalint to Vodafone head office and given a written complaint . But Sir not get any response no m going to consumer court pls look this matter regarding my old no [protected] . Which is alloted to someone else without any prior notice . I was using this no since 15th year and this no is very important for me it linked with bank and other various field Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Sir if u will check u will find I have register my compalint is regarding vodafone company my old no which is 9999074515 i was using since ten year. Suddenly got disconnect and when I call to cust care they said due to non usage we have stopped your service . This is a big issues how can they stopped my services and given that no to someone else without any prior notice. I have complaint to cust care but found no response I also complaint to their head office and given a written complaint about this no response. I also register compalint in trai. But not response. This is second time I am registering my compalint. Pls help me Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
