[Resolved] Vodafone — regarding recharge transaction | |||||
I tried recharging my mobile today with inr 169 plan that have unlimited calls and dataa 1 gb per day for 28 days. I used icici netbanking for payment. Payment is deducted from my bank account, but vodafone had stated as follows: Hello Looks like the transaction status is pending at bank end. Please wait for 1 hour before transacting again. I waited for more than 2 hours. Finally, decided to recharge again for the same plan with that bank account. Again, i got the same notification with deduction of inr 169 again from my account. I verified transaction status from my bank end through customer support and my online accounts. All the transactions are success from the bank end. I want my amount to be credited again to the bank.
