I'm using prepaid services of vodafone. I've activated rs. 399 pack and main balance with rs. 10 and had approx. Rs. 6 in main balance. Currently main balance is showing rs. -93.22 and outgoing calls have also been cancelled by you. I've got message saying "dear customer, this is to inform you that a rental amount of rs.99 has been deducted towards international roaming rental for 30 days." but i haven't activated any international roaming pack or not contacted on international number. Jun 3, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I've called customer care for refunding of this deduction and they've refunded me within 3 - 4 hours. I've also mailed them for the same issue and for that they've mailed me back from [email protected] saying the issue has been resolved. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
