[Resolved] Vodafone — Services barred and no action from the vodafone executives | |||
Hi my number is [protected] and have recently converted my services from prepaid to postpaid. The company has subsequently barred my services stating that they could not verify the address. On complaints to customer care they say they are helpless and the the vodafone store is of no use. The executives only say i will try helping but there is no help.Customers are only fooled on the name of customer care which is actually of no use. Was this information helpful? | |||
