With utmost Regret and disappointment I beg to state the trouble I faced with Vi Services. I am Sanjeev Kumar Mishra residing in Rohtak since last 3 Years. I am using the Vi Postpaid number since long . My Phone lost in a journey on 17th of January 2022 in Delhi. Since then I have visited Vi Stores 5 Times for issuing my new sim as a replacement and each time I got a new one . but nonetheless made active and working since then. I even lodged a complaint to customer care on 21st January 2022, but that too got cancelled. The worst part is that, the requests are getting repeatedly cancelled/rejected without any notification to me on my alternate number/ registered e-mail ID.
On Asking about the update, the Vi representative told me that my sim replacement/ exchange request keep getting rejected due to some documentation issue. Was this information helpful? |
