Vodafone — Unnecessary charges added to bill

My phone bill for the current month has caller tune charges added to it even though I never subscribed for the service. This has happened for the second time, they add unnecessary expenses to your bill. After contacting the customer care they said that the charges will be reversed but after calling 4 times and explaining the problem to different executives again and again and visiting the service centre in person as well there has been no resolution of the issue. Now my bill has become due because of the delay caused by them and still there is no response from them.
