[Resolved] Vodafone — unnecessary deduction main balance without my knowledge | |||||
Vodafone deducte my 75₹ balance from my mobile balance without knowing me, even i did not get any msg from them.. I face this problem again.. This it happen before also.. And i complaint on that also on consumer form, they said that this is not happen again. They deduct balance from my account in the name any so called name nazare data which i dont agree on that even i dont use there data also.. They deduct money in fake name. I face this problem again and again... I use vodafone sim almost 6 year. I am valuable customer for them. They don't care for that.. I call there customer care also they said we can't refund, we refund only in b/w 24 hour.. When i said gave me proof will i agree on that.. I didn't get any msg from them then how i know, my balance is deduct.. They tell me, you get your refunded amount still i didn't get. I take call recording also..
