[Resolved] Vodafone — upc code not being provided | |
Kindly help me get the upc code to enable me to port out. I am trying since last 8 days now. I am getting following message upon sending the sms request: "upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance" After this i have made several mails and also answered to some calls from vodafone initially assuring me to resolve the issue. However, now i am neither getting any reply nor any call. There is no way that i can connect with vodafone apart from their customer care id which anyways in not solving the issue.
