Vodafone — Violation of TRAI orders on porting by Vodafone

I have main balance of Rs. 7.4/-.. Recharged with Rs. 49/- pack for service validity. However, VI is not allowing to send a port SMS to 1900. Customer care is asking to recharge with a higher recharge pack for SMS. They are also not allowing to register a complaint. Vodafone is really a fraud company. They are willfully violating TRAI orders. Bloody cheaters Vodafone company is.
