[Resolved]  Vodafone — vodafone network is very poor

I Pranab Banerjee, my address is Bally Durgapur Satyanarayantala, P.O. Samabaypally, P.S. Nischinda, Bally, Howrah – 711205. I have two mobile connection. The mobile number is 9831022463 and 9836996065. I am lodge complain in Vodafone customer care for the network is very poor and the tower shown in mobile is very less I cannot serve internet. They lodge complain and the complaint number is C003-30317983881. They told me your problem will be solved some days. But some days ago one massage came to my mobile your problem solved. But now a days my problem is not solved. I call customer care again. They laughing me I told him to lodge complain they reply me they cannot lodge any complain wait somedays your problem will be solved. I am recharge Rs. 458/- but I am not use internet and sometime call drop and cross connection is done. So I waste my money. What I am doing now please tell me. I am requested you to solved my problem as soon as possible. Thanking you,
