Vodafone — Vodafone - Pathetic service and misguiding scheme | |||
An executive from Vodafone called me mentioning there is scheme offer for you to add one of your family secondary prepaid number to my postpaid number without any additional monthly charges. I agreed to add thinking it will be a saving but fell into a trap. The executive reached home with another SIM card which did not activated for a week, both my primary and secondary numbers were not functioning. I later approached a gallery they moved the circle from Mumbai to Maharashtra causing further complications as my secondary no. got moved to Mumbai circle but my primary no. could not be moved and they said it will take 90 days. I have constantly calling the branch executive Mr. Sudip from the Kandivali branch who had initiated this and also have been calling the executive that visited my home but seems they are unable to help and not even picking my calls. I have literally harassed by Vodafone as again I need to personally visit their galleries. Above all I have been getting billed for both my primary and secondary numbers with the high bills, increasing my expenses that was not necessary. I need to resolve my problem and return back my earlier plans of prepaid for my secondary no. and postpaid for my primary no. SOS call plz vodafone plz respond and help resolve urgently Was this information helpful? | |||
