I have taken VI 2999 plan for international roaming for 7 days in August ending. In september bill 2022 vodafone charged me with 11 k in bill. They told me I used data but in reality my intenet was off and I was using wifi.
During that time my credit limit was 6100 K and as per the customer care representative my services were barred when I reached my credit limit.
How come they charged me 11k when my credit limit was 6100 K, they are simply harassing me.
Vodafone customer care is not responsive, I've complain several times on VI app, twitter. They are forcing me to pay for something which I've not even used.
For the very first time when I contacted VI. agent told me that its a technical fault from VI and he raised the complaint #[protected] on 26th sept
Please help.
