Vodafone — vodafone postpaid wrong bill amount every month | |||
Hi, Each month vodafone people are adding charges for "value added services" even though i have not opted for it. Last month only i have asked customer care person to stop all the value added service and provide the adjustment for wrong charges. This month they have added usage charges as well even though i am having roaming plan where i will not be charged for outgoing and incoming calls. I have tried reaching to customer care as well over call and chat. After waiting for 40 min or so on call, customer care agent pick the call and said wait i am fetching the detail and which a fraction of 1 ms he said customer is not responding and disconnected the call. Vodafone person are just fooling the customer and playing with their money. When i contacted the customer care person over chat then she said she is not able to fetch my bill since i have ported my sim to karnataka circle to andhara pradesh circle. They are not responding now and if i don't pay the bill they will start sending legal notice for wrong charges. Please help me solving this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
