Vodafone — wrong recharge benefit

Dear sir/madam, i'd recharge my contact numbers [protected] and [protected] for rs. 199 each on 8/3/2018 and 9/3/2018 respectively. The company itself admits that i had to get the benefits of 3g/4g data as you can see in my attachments i've got text message too. But i've recieved 2g data on my [protected] and 4g data for another contact for the same recharge. I've attached the necessary screenshots regarding this issue please resolve it as soon as possible.
