[Resolved] Vodafone — Your account is barred

I have been using my [protected] no since more than 10 years. Today I reacharged Rs. 39 but while checking the balance, it showing incoming validity expired. I tried to call customer care, but it says your account is barred bcoz u have no service... Kindly please help me on this and make it resolve..
