Not happy with your services!
I recharged today morning with Rs. 50/- and to my utter surprise, I am denied calling from the above number just to realize that my balance is zero. When called your customer care service 198, I was informed that my entire amount got exhausted as I have used Internet, which is false.

My contention/question is, WHY did you not ALERT ME beforehand or keep a system in place to intimate/block/seek consent before the automatic deduction of amount from MAIN BALANCE, which is for TALK TIME EXCLUSIVELY?
This is in other words cheating customers in disguise under the pretext of service provider, which is unlawful.
Therefore, I would urge you to REFUND MY TALK TIME to minimize the DAMAGES at the earliest.
