Vodafoneidea — Recharge faild and refund issue

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Good morning
I am Escalating!

It's more then 15 days they is no proper response from the concern team, keep on has been following with team along with the all supportings, please refer how many emails sent in the trail
I had recharged for Rs 479 ([protected])on 7th July 22 at 10:05AM, recharged with CRED app payment done successfully and deducted amount but not yet updated in VI account, waiting up to 30minuts and call to customer care, they said that your recharge not successful it will refund 7working day's again you can recharge around 4pm recharge it was sucessful and updated VI account.Even I had connected with cred team, they confirmed that we have done payment successful please check with your biller
After 7working days also not yet refund again called to customer care they were given this email [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and send me Latest bank statement and along with CRED Team confirmation screenshot, recharge reference number & time all had sent
More then 8 emails sent they is no response even again called to customer care again and again asking latest Bank statement recharge reference number.
How many time need to send the supporting documents ? Please find the attached supporting documents.

They don't know TAT resolved the issue.
