I had taken a corporate mobile postpaid plan. The services were pathetic from the beginning and started deteriorating after January 2021. The data was not loading and the VODOFONE store & callcenter gave a workaround of 2G, 3G changing of Mobile, SIM cards and bizzare fixes. After that, the sending and receiving of international calls and international SMS also stopped. I decieded to port to a new operator.
Before giving the request, the VODOFONE mobile app did not show the due amount. I had paid 450 INR/- on 09-Apr-2021 which is not reflected in their system. When I contacted the customer care, I was told that there was no due amount and it had already been settled.
I got a call from KOLKATTA at 4:00 PM from XX31358614 to to cancel the port request which I came to know later that VODOFONE was doing FRAUDULANT practices to distract customers and cancel existing requests (PIC attached).
