Wrongly ISD Call charged on my sim from June21 to Oct21, without any pre information for ISD call activation.
I asked to share handset details with IMEI no for made ISD Call., don't provide for cross checked. So that how to cross verified these call are Genuine.
No any evidence provide for cross checked to all ISD call performed from my Handset from my SIM
No details provide by VI team whom to give permission to activate ISD Call from this Sim, which have to provide under RS 399/Monthly Plan by Corporate office. Was this information helpful? |
