[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Bad treatment by VW dealer(Shirani Automative Pvt.Ltd Bhopal) and No delivery of my car | |||||
Hello Team Volkswagen, I purchased Polo 1.2 MPI-Comfortline on November 2016 from Shirani Automotive Pvt.Ltd Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal M.P. After the two weeks of purchasing, incidentally I got dents in my car for which I did Insurance Claim. My Insurance Policy is Cashless and 0-depth which is done by Shirani Automotive Pvt.Ltd. On 14th December 2016 I went to the Shirani service center for repairing of my car under Insurance Policy. My repair order number is (RO141461). They promised me to handover my car on 16 December 2016 but when I went there on 16 December 2016 they said that your car is not ready and told me to come on next day. On Next day in the evening time Service Adviser "SAPNA SONWANE" called me and said your car is ready but you have to pay 11, 190/- Rs plus 1000 Rs Insurance charge otherwise when Insurance company will provide us claim charge then only we can handover your car. I totally refused that and I complained to the toll-free customer care center but I dint got any resolution from service center as well as Volkswagen team. My complaint number is: CCR74914 Today on 20 December 2016 when I again went to the service centre, Service Advisor "Sapna Sonwane" said your car is ready you just need to pay 1000 Rs insuarance charge. So I paid it. 1. When I saw my car there was two dents near back light which was not there previously! 2. Whole body of car was very rough and dry that too was not there when I handover my car for the very first time! 3. Finishing of color was very poor! When I told Sapna Sonwane about these faults she refused to accept it and in-spite of accepting she started manipulating me by saying that these faults were already present in my car. I am not a person who keeps my car like this! She misbehaved with me and was shouting on me. What kind of way is this to talk with your customers? Is this the way Volkswagen cares about there customers!!! I also logged complain on your toll free number twice but there is no resolution from your side. My complaint no. is (CCR74914) I have been not used my vehicle since 1 week till date this is my BITTER EXPERIENCE in Volkswagen/and dealer/after sales service worst... It seems I have been cheated by VW & services are pathetically happened at dealer's end. I am expecting an urgent response from your side . If your are not going to response me I Am going To take a legal action against both of you, I thought to first inform you to take an action.
