[Resolved] Volkswagen India — car door lock key

Hai i have problem with volkswagen polo car door lock key and techniction told der is a problem with lock set and its mechanical problem
This problem from part only
Then why should i need to pay the payment
From 2 days i am using second key how is it possible door lock key is not working
That's the point i discussed with gm at uppal branch hyderabad volkswagen ida uppal
And this is i am phasing from 4 time from uppal service centre
Thank you every much please try solve my problem asap

Not yet problem was solved...again mr vinay relationship Manager spoke to me .Saying ur car service record is bad so we are looking into that ...how u compare to service side ...I am asking straight question about Door lock key set thing
Its mechanical problem told by technician...how you maintain low quality I am surprised now ...and again ur diverting topic to my car servicing is bad record
This matter is not related to mechanical problem

Volkswagen India we are waiting for ur reply regarding door lock key ... I just used for 2 days only
It's clearly told my technician that its mechanical problem...please replace it and do needful

Waiting from 4hours no response from GM or Serive Manger and service advisor..

Just now service advisor telling me that electrical item will be replaced .this is mechanical so we cant help you out

Is this is the answer from Gm, SM, Service advisor

Its cost 9000 thousand rupes
Using off 2days with key .lock door not working
Mechanical problem with company clearly understand this

Plz replace the item
