[Resolved] Volkswagen India — car key | |||
I had sent my car (Vento automatic) for service at volkswagen service centre in nagpur (Sadiq motors). When i received my car back the car keys were broken. I tried contacting the concern person at the dealer by it took me 5 days and they denied that the key was broken by them. Similer think had happened with the arm rest long back of which i had complain to the the company but nothing happened and they say that it was replaced, i asked them to provide the documents which say it was replaced and till date they are unable to provide that. Now also i tried to contact the company but with no reply and now they again diverted me back to the dealer and dealer in turn is offering me 50% discount on the key which they have broken.
