[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — constant delaying the process of servicing the car and improper treatment of customers

This complaint is raised in order to inform that the volkswagen car service centre in banglore have irresponsibly responded for our presence to service the car. This is been repeated thrice and nobody from the company even bothered to ask about this. The isn't the first experience for us, even when we had been to the service centre for some insurance claim, the employees there had really harassed and offended us by just delaying the procedure and reluctance to get the work done, this was an embarrassing moment of service for our family. The management is least concerned because we had traveled all the way from hosur to banglore but they said that there was no appointment but even after having an appointment, the people in charge called us nearly after two weeks. The response is worse and too abominable. I'd like to have the management to take some action regarding this issue of delaying the process and the denial of the employees in the showroom to respond properly...
I hope that i see some improvement in the service procedure the next time.. But this should be noticed by the management and changed as this is my sincere request..
If the customers are only treated adversely, then how would the company run..
Please do rectify this issue and have timely service and delivery of the cars...
