Wish to take a ride risking your life, buy volkswagen. Pain pain and only pain i have witnessed by buying a volkswagen Yes, all o[censored]s always believed german engg is the best, unfortunate in my case i found it to be worst. I have been sold a defective vehicle and now when i am fighting for my rights with vw, all the so called “representatives” have turned their back. Moreover the showroom which has sold the vehicle to us hasn’t even responded for 3 weeks now. I have been patient enough but looks like i have been taken for a ride and that too “a ride risking my life” - as per your formal mail dated from vw, aug 16, 2017 the spare tyre needs to be chkd for pressure of psi 38 before delivering the vehicle to any customer. This will be a surprise to you that the vehicle that was delivered to us on oct 20, 2016 had the spare tyre without pressure. Last week i had traveled with my wife to wayand and when we stopped near ramnagara realizing that there was a puncture in the front left tyre, it was shocking to be when i opened my booth to take the spare tyre for replacement and found that it had no pressure. It was extremely disappointing to know that you guys haven’t even done the basic chk. Moreover we had to wait for almost 4 hrs at the early hrs of morning (Around 4am) to figure out the closest service station to get the spare tyre filled with air. Then comes the second shock of my life, the brand new spare tyre was defective and there has been air leakage from the rims. Is this what you call your delivery chks??? Sounds fabulous right?? Early morning 4am with my wife stranded on the road not knowing what to do was definitely not a good scene. - i am taken by surprise the heights of carelessness at various levels in vw. Especially you call yourself “german engineering”, this is definitely not what the germans are known for… - i have had the worst nightmare of my life getting issues sorted with the punctured vehicle, and had to ensure that i bring back the so called “brand new spare wheel” and show you guys the manufacturing defect. I walked for almost 6-7kms seeking for help and we felt extremely unsecured.. - this goes beyond the imaginations of any car user and i only feel blessed that we weren’t robbed or harmed in the early hours of that day otherwise anything could have happened to us. - hence i have decided to take this in an international level if my concerns aren’t taken seriously and the needful is done.. - i hope you will not try to manipulate your records as that will definitely land you in trouble.. I have a record of all the papers and service reports and don’t even try to underestimate the concerns. The nightmare that i have gone through because of your sales & service failure could happen to any vw customer and i would definitely ensure that the people are aware what they are going for when they intend to buy a vw vehicle. - i have been patient enough to hear from the showroom that i purchased the vehicle from and all that i have received from them is “ignorance” and to an extent rudeness. Hence out of frustration i had decided to leave the vehicle at the showroom to make them realize that they need to act responsibly and not try to run away from issues. When i reached the showroom and tried reaching the store manager he completely refused to take my call nor he responded anything positive. This added up to my frustration and i would like to declare here that if this ignorance continues, i will be forced to file a legal petition against “volkswagen palace cross”. - the pictures and images of the defective tyre & dropping of my vehicle at the showroom is all attached with this mail fyr. If required i can also share the call records & sms to show you the numerous times that i have tried reaching volkswagen palace cross and their ignorant behavior towards me.
