[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Electrical fault in car | |||
I purcahsed vilkswagen polo in year 2016 december as a new car gets 2 years warranty from company but still i took extended warranty for more 2 years now my vehicle has a electrical fault in which battery is draing and i have a original bill emailed by company on my company name and gst information volkswagen is denying that my vehicle is not showing extended warranty in there system and i have got full proof bill of company which shows i have paid them money of extended warranty. Now there is no help from volkswagen its been 5 days my vehicle is in there custody and no response is there for my vehicle. Was this information helpful? | |||
