[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — extremely poor service

I know u did everything according to yr ability as far as yr new staff concern. But it wasn’t up to d task. Those things dat u had not repaired is only coz u want to change dat wid good amount. I m goin to another service center today so if at all i found u were cheating on dat day u may not be on d same chair again. Every relative of mine had purchased after i took car. Service related issues are always concern in ahmedabad. I[censored] r not taking it seriously u would not get credits. Last time concern was not motor. One of the vent was blocked so air was not coming out of d vent. But after i talked wid dem and also my cousin from divya bhaskar talked wid dem dey sent a person to modasa and then they rectified it. So i[censored] love yr job then give 100% to it. Yr stupid manager and fellow in ahmedabad don’t know y ppl choose vw polo. Its not coz of dem but they love this car even it costing a lot. Take it seriously and i m forwarding this to every office of yrs. Thanks for yr irrational answer and just open ur cctv 1yr back and see that what was d concern? Ok
