[Resolved] Volkswagen India — mental torture by service center | |||
Proud owner of Vento Petrol version. Vehicle No. TN18 0730. An office goer and used mostly for commuting to office and home. Has run for around 80000 kms. Picked up for service M/s. Ramani Cars, Trichy on 03.06.18. Still to be given. Daily they say some failures and parts replacement. But Vento car quality can not be like this.as the brand is known for highest quality. Lot of mental pressure due to the attitude of the service center. Is it a ploy by service center to grab more money. Car is best but service is worst. It induces me to go to other brand.
