Dear Volkswagen team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue that I have encountered with my VW polo (Engine not starting intermittently getting only crank sound), need a help fix the permanent solution for this.
1st breakdown - 20 Match -2023
2nd breakdown - 13th April-2023 (on same day i took delivery from PPS motors nagawara )
Thursday 30th March I went to hospital and on the way back home the engine didn't start, tried to jump start with the help of RSA but no luck and was transported to PPS Motors Bangalore Nagawara branch with the help of RSA team.
The car was in the garage for almost more than a week and got a call from the advisor to take delivery of the car on 11th April, I took delivery on 13th April. and on the same day again with the same problem, the car didn't start
at my office parking lobby and called the adviser, with the help of a PPS technician vehicle shipped back to the garage, nagawara branch. till today received feedback from the adviser as still technician not identified the issue.
Even i called to VW customer support almost daily once from 14th-april-23 and sent mail to customer.[protected]@volkswagen.co.in on 17th April-23 but not at all received single call from backend team or mail acknowledgment.
I have issue with PPS, reported to VW possible way from customer side but even from VW side also getting zero response, to whom can i report/escalate this? Was this information helpful? |
