Volkswagen India — Part not dispatched

My passat car UK 07 AS 4703, the dealer have made an order no. [protected] which have not been dispatched from your side I have no information when this part will be available. I have three cars of volkswagon but I am regularly facing the same problem every time when I need some part of the car i have to wait for a long time.So I request you to kindly avail this part at the earliest. thanks Rajesh Khanna
