[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — poor customer service in body shop

Self iyyappane balasundaram owning volkswagen polo with registration number py-01 cj 2605, my car met with a minor accident hence i discharged my car to abra motors chennai (Body shop) to do the necessary repairs.

The damage was on left side of rear window and subparts, they charged me 65000/- inr which i paid in full and took delivery of my car. Now when i noticed the car there was a small dent in the roof (Corner) just above the area where the repair work was carried out.

First of all this was not notified to me while intaking the car for body shop also it was not provided in the qoutes, the customer service agent mr rafik told me he got the information from the body shop that there was a dent which he did not informed me until i approached the service centre for the issue

I request you to take this up the concerned people and do the needful.

Being a reputed company these poor service from the repair shop will defame your organization.

Please do revert asap on the above query

I was charged Rs 38685 by tanya cars on 8th Jan 2019
Bill submitted to my insuarnce company Rs 33982.00, which scrolled down the funds to us.
Now Sales represnative of tanya car Mr. Ashok is responding to this. What is to be done of my balance Rs 4703, which tanya car took from us by cheating ?
