Volkswagen India — poor service and worse agm at vw apple auto, whitefield | |
We had given our car (Volkswagen vento - ka 03mt0538) on 19th dec 2018 for regular servicing with one observation about coolant leakage and it was told same day would not be possible and hence requested us to collect the car next day eod. Thereafter it took 6 days despite writing to vw customer care. Apple auto team has been ignorant specially the agm hari. I will be collecting my car... Knowing there is no use of writing. I will never recommend volkswagen car to any one specially from apple auto... Big time attitude... Vw customer care spoke to them and assign crm but that crm has no idea nor any control as they all report back to agm service... Jayaram the owner is not reachable... God save volkswagen...
