I want to complain about poor servicing and rude behaviour o[censored]r employee (Vaibhav rana) at volkswagen moti nagar delhi. I sent my car to moti nagar volkswagen for servicing through pick & drop they promised me to return my car same day but returned after 30 hrs. With few items broken, without proper servicing and even without washing. I got call for ratings about feedback of service i told them everything but still my problem is unsolved. I payed more than 13000rs. I just want proper servicing of my car. Otherwise i will go to court. Was this information helpful? | |||

Polo petrol May 2015 model.now the kilometer reading is 28000.For covering this distance i need to replace 4ABS Sensor.Very Very poor brake system and very poor engineering you have.I enquired other companies customers about Sensor they have no problem.

I have placed a order of right side mirror assembly 1 month back. Till now I din't get any proper response. Even I have paid advance for that. Is this the way u give us the service.
