I have given my car to service centre to repair the front side damage repair. After the delivery of vehicle on the way to home, fragments of glass hits to my face while driving and about to met with an accident. I called the service associate and the service manager to solve my issue as soon as possible as it is dangerous to drive in such condition. They are promising me to do the job from 2 weeks.

I asked the service manager to resolve my issue but he made false promises for a week. That leads me to take action with consumer complaint against the service centre. Waiting for their reply about 2 weeks they responded only after I mentioned about legal proceedings for their mistake done in my car. After that The service manager is unable to cope with the situation
But the service assocassociate called me and solved my complain with continues updation of procedure being performed on my car. The 7405403916
Finally I got my car cleaned and delivered properly like never before in time. Only strong action made the stubbern service centre work.
